You don’t have to believe in chakras to feel the shift.


Chakra balancing is a subtle yet powerful form of energy work that restores flow through the body’s energetic centers — and invites the nervous system to finally let go.


The idea of chakras comes from ancient Indian traditions, where the body is seen not just as muscle and bone, but as energy in motion. Each chakra corresponds to specific parts of your body, emotional patterns, and life themes. When these energy centers are blocked or imbalanced, you may feel tired, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from yourself.


For the past 10 years, I’ve offered chakra balancing to clients who come with everything from physical pain to emotional overwhelm. My work is influenced not only by Eastern systems, but also by shamanic studies that have taught me to read and respond to the body’s energy field in intuitive, nonverbal ways.


Here’s what to expect:


  • You lie down fully clothed, relaxed and comfortable.

  • I work lightly above or around the body, using stillness, breath, and energy awareness to guide the session.

  • You may feel warmth, tingling, spaciousness — or simply deep rest.

  • There’s nothing you need to do — just receive.
